Scope of Work

Smart 3D Digital provides custom 3D modeling and rendering services. The final deliverables depend on the package selected by the client 

Revision 

Basic Pack: 1 minor revisions included.

Best Seller Pack: 2 minor revision included 

Premium pack: Unlimited revisions. "Unlimited Revisions apply to minor adjustments (textures, lighting, camera angles). Any change to the core 3D model or project brief after the start of production will be considered a new task."

Refund Policy 

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are final. No refund will be issued once the project has started .

Delivery

Delivery time are estimates. We strive to deliver within the time frame, but delay may occur depending on the complexity of the project.

Intellectual property 

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final image for commercial purpose. Smart 3d Digital retain the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
